The Challenge
Most local food delivery sites bury customers in menus — endless toppings, sizes, and add-ons before they ever see a price. For a new pizza brand trying to build trust fast in Sylhet, that friction meant abandoned carts and phone orders that never converted online.
Londoni Crust needed a site that did the opposite of a typical restaurant menu: fewer choices, clearer value, and an order flow simple enough for a first-time visitor on mobile data to complete without hesitation — no app install, no account creation.
The Solution
We designed and built a single-page ordering experience around three fixed deals — 7" personal pizzas, 12" family pizzas, and a Mega Combo bundle — each priced with a visible bundled offer instead of a customization maze. A three-step order flow (pick a deal, add delivery details, confirm cash-on-delivery) replaces the traditional cart-and-checkout pattern.
The site leans into local identity — Bengali currency, regional branding, and the "Afnar Pizza, Afnar Taste" tagline — paired with a "Why Londoni Crust" section highlighting fresh daily dough and fast delivery, plus a testimonial carousel to build trust with first-time buyers.
